Barre Fit

Hit the barre for our signature full-body workout designed to tone and challenge all levels of fitness. This 60-minute, core-centric class uses a wall-mounted barre for stability and focuses on total body strength, alignment, flexibility and posture as you work through a targeted progression of exercises.  Starting with a warm-up, you will then work through an arm series, before you move on to exercises that target a variety of muscle groups are done at the barre. Barre Stretch & Tone

In this class you’ll tone your abs, glutes, legs and arms while working your muscles to move better, bend more easily and reach higher. Take control, stretch to the next level and relax. Typically, in a BST class, you’ll spend your first 20 minutes at the barre for to warm up each muscle. The next 20 minutes will be spent on the mat working your core and the last 20 minutes stretching it all out. less

Get the best of both worlds with this 60-minute Pilates Barre fusion workout and raise the barre! This routine focuses on lengthening through Pilates exercises, as well as toning through barre exercises. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim, stretch and tone your entire body. less

Barre Boost

Take back your lunch hour and use your break to take a break. This low impact, with a focus on core work and flexibility, 50-minute barre express class is not only a break, but killer reset and recharge button. Apart from its physical benefits, exercise and all of the resulting endorphins provide us with both improved mental focus and a killer mood boost. (And “happy people don’t shoot their husbands”). In addition to being super fun, these classes will allow you to squeeze in a fast, efficient workout – no shower required. You’ll get a full-body workout without leaving drenched in sweat. Barre HIIT is our killer barre version that combines Barre Fitness with the proven benefits of high intensity interval training. You will do several quick intervals of ballet-inspired micro movements while burning fat, toning and lengthening. This 50 min results driven endurance training is great to get your regular cardio and strengthening without lifting heavy weights. less

Barresoul Classic

The foundation of a strong barre student is an engaged and strong core. Each exercises provided throughout this class is designed with this foundation in mind, whether it is designed for the upper body, lower body or the core itself. This foundation aids in achieving overall balance and stability. As an extension of this core foundation, proper alignment of the body around the center of stability is essential. While our Classic Ballet Barre class does not include complex ballet movements such as pirouettes or jetes, most of the exercises and movement are ballet based and follow the same principles of proper alignment and a strong core. less

Booty Blast

This glute and thigh workout is actually moderately challenging in that it is going to have the muscles of your lower body screaming and protesting, but it’s also completely doable. Push through the good burn of your muscles and you will feel proud of yourself when you’re finished.

These are calorie burning, thigh toning, butt lifting exercises that you wont need much equipment to do. less

Barre Restore

This class will provide you with a combination of fascial release techniques and lengthening stretches that will increase your flexibility, aid muscle recovery and ease any stiffness, aches or pains in your body. It encourage your muscles to elongate, detoxify and ultimately become more flexible. Barre Restore also includes new and effective breathing techniques to relieve tension, manage cortisol and help calm your body.
